01 — The cuisine
Three cultures.
One table.
At Cajou, French technique meets the generosity of Portuguese produce and the vibrant flavours of Brazil.
The cuisine moves freely between these three influences: familiar French foundations, local Portuguese ingredients, Brazilian warmth and a touch of the unexpected.
The result is generous, precise and instinctive — a cuisine made for sharing, discovering and coming back to.

03 — Wines
Our wines.
Portuguese bottles, French references and a few surprises. A selection designed to accompany the table without taking itself too seriously.
04 — A chef, three cultures
Philippe
Remondeau.
French by origin, Brazilian by experience, Portuguese by adoption.
For more than three decades, Philippe Remondeau has built his cuisine between cultures and continents. From his early years in Porto Alegre, where he created Chez Philippe, to Lisbon, his cooking has always followed the same instinct: bring together French technique, Portuguese ingredients and Brazilian influences.
At Cajou, this journey continues in Graça — a more intimate place, where the cooking comes first, the table is shared, and every dish carries a little piece of the road travelled.
